Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3-5 working days. Delivered by Royal Mail, although larger items may be shipped by courier.

All orders are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes and sealed with paper tape. Wherever possible plastic packaging is avoided and any bubble-wrap used is recycled from deliveries received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, should this not be the case, please advise within 3 working days and return your items within 28 days. The cost of items returned will be refunded however the return costs (e.g. postage and packaging) will be the responsibility of the customer. Postage and packaging costs will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. Responsibility cannot be accepted for items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Refunds for goods will only be given once we are in receipt of the items.
