About me...
I’ve been lucky enough to call the North Coast of Cornwall my home for the past 25 years, and I am grateful every day to enjoy this spectacular coastline. I adore how rugged and wild Cornwall can be – I’m never happier than standing on a Cornish beach, the wind in my hair and the water around my ankles, it is truly exhilarating. This is where I found the inspiration to start my business, coupled with a passion for interiors and experience with textiles.

Like so many others I had been yearning to start my own business for some time - I started small in April 2019 whilst working part-time and was fortunate to be warmly welcomed to a fabulous Craft Fayre in Padstow, just a few miles along the coast road. By September, encouraged by sales and feedback over the summer, I had made the decision to quit my job. I was feeling fulfilled and what I was doing allowed me the freedom to indulge my passion for Cornwall, textiles and soft furnishings - it felt right!

"Consciously creative" is how my family described my products when I first began showing them my creations. My love of the ocean and the natural beauty of the county make it of paramount importance to me that the items I produce do not adversely affect the environment to the best of my ability. The majority of fabrics used are 100% cotton and linen and I support local and British suppliers wherever possible. While the aesthetic qualities of my products are obviously important, I also consider the environmental impact when crafting their design.
